It is the mantra of some of the most successful companies in the world: customers number 1, employees number 2, shareholders number 3. The team at Conroy fully embrace this approach and our live customer review module is a testament to that.
We request reviews from all our customers regarding the service they received – good or bad, we put them all up on our website for you to see. The reviews are live, with up to the minute feedback from our customers throughout the country. You can filter your search to focus just on negative or positive feedback which shows the level of transparency that Conroy believes in.
Another great feature of the review module for our customers is the categorisation of the move into ‘moving around NZ’, ‘moving locally’ and ‘moving to NZ’. For example, the most recent review was posted today in the category – ‘moving around NZ’:
“Thanks for the great service. Everything arrived in great shape and in a timely fashion (you even delivered on Saturday morning which was a huge help to me.) If there was one thing I would suggest, it would be more detail of what is in the boxes. I hunted for over a week for the cutlery and kitchen stuff – I finally found it in my last unopened box – hand labeled with ‘preserves’. No biggy, so thanks again.”
A 5 star rating from a happy customer who moved around NZ, with some great suggestions to improve our service for the future customer. Thus far, out of 860 reviews, we have a 4.3 star rating average out of 5, with close to 500 5 star ratings.
There’s no hiding the fact that sometimes mistakes are made and customers receive a less than ideal service (Conroy has seen around 20 1 star ratings) but the ability to honestly review the experience for the world to see means we can address the problem and prevent it from happening again.
Ultimately our customers are number one and the fact that 92% of our customers said they would use Conroy Removals again and 90% said they would recommend Conroy to others is a sign of a great relationship between a business and its cherished customers.
