No damage and delivered quickly
Two places where I struggled. First was getting an updated quote from the customer service person. Apparently the person who initially helped went on leave with no one else to pick up for her. I managed to talk to another person who tried to get her manager to help, who kept promising but never got back to me. After following up four times then the person who was trying to get me help, helped me. Unsure why they just couldn't pick up and help me in the first place. Anyway, once all the paperwork was sorted, everything was pretty good until after my goods were picked up. I was given no comms, no info about what would happen next, when I would get an update, etc etc. Pretty much for few weeks I was left in dark. Then once my freight was booked in for a ship, then regular updates started coming. Apart from this, the experience was pretty good. The boys that came to pick up the items were on time, professional, packed my furniture items really well and were done quickly. The updates in Australia were regular. And the guys that came to deliver, fellow Kiwis, also nice blokes, unloaded quickly, helped put all the boxes inside the house where I asked them, being really careful not to damage anything, and again completed the delivery really quickly. So far we haven't found anything damaged. Some boxes were opened with no explanation but nothing seemed missing.

You've asked for feedback when our belongings still haven't been delivered. When we booked you estimated 6-10 weeks, its been 14 and still nothing has arrived and no communication to give us an updated timeline. It cost a lot of money and I don't know if we would have gone through with this service if we had known how long it would actually take.
