Our local house moving service is ideal if you’re moving within the same city, town or region. It’s the most cost-effective option if you’re moving an entire house lot, including your furniture, appliances, belongings, and outdoor tools and equipment. When comparing costs for flat rates to by-the-hour moving, the best option depends on what you’re moving.
The advantages of flat-rate local moves
- A flat-rate local move gives you a fixed fee for moving house. The cost remains the same, no matter how long it takes us to complete your removal. This puts the onus on us to provide you with an accurate quote.
- With flat-rate local house moving, we provide you with a truck and as many moving professionals as we think we need to move you quickly and efficiently.
- If you add on packing services, there is no need to purchase packing materials as we provide them as part of the service. We also pack your entire home the day before you move, which substantially minimises the disruption.
- Disassembling and reassembling your furniture is included in your flat rate fee.
- Extended handling, loading and driving time won’t change the cost of your move.
