Great professional team. Quick and efficient.

Generally this was a good service, the rep was engaging and connected to the process. The charge was high for the relocation. The only issue was that on the day of the uplift from our house in Hawke's Bay the labour force of four staff as agreed to arrive with the truck, did not turn up for three hours, eventually arriving on site at 12 noon and promptly stopping for lunch.The poor truck driver who had been on site from 0900hrs as arranged did three hours of truck loading solo.This meant that my daughter and I pitched in to move our belongings around during the process and we were delayed in our own travel arrangements to return to Auckland. We eventually had to drive through the night arriving at 11pm at night rather than the planned 730pm. This was entirely due to the delay in the Conroy labour force. Quite dissapointing and very inconvenient. During the three hour delay I could not get an answer from any of my Conroy contact numbers, which was very stressful. I genuinely feel that our experience requires a proportionate refund to our bill as a gesture of good faith and customer relations. At this point, I would not currently recommend this service. After an initial misunderstanding we were thrilled with the service. Personnel were considerate, polite and very hardworking. They worked quickly and carefully and our goods were transported safely. A glass bowl was damaged but this was a minor accident. No worries.
