We request removal reviews from all of our customers regarding the service they received from us.

My issue isn't so much with the Auckland Branch as it is with the lack of communication, the lack of care taken with my items on delivery, and the state in which a number of said items were left between uplift and eventual delivery. I was given 15 minutes notice by way of text message that my personal items were being delivered at my East Taieri address after receiving no correspondence from Conroy Removals for the entire week of my scheduled delivery. No one even tried to get in contact with me to schedule a time in which I'd even be available to receive my items in person. The lack of professionalism and communication has been appalling.After this, I discovered the absolutely appalling state my items were left in the living room with the majority of boxes being damaged or otherwise broken with no possibly of being kept for re-use.Further, a number of personal items were damaged beyond re-use and as such I now have to claim insurance on the said items. My fragile boxes were not given the care they deserved and that has, inevitably, had the expected outcome.I have also been left with a strangers box and have to collect a pair of items of mine still held by the Dunedin warehouse.I can confidently say I will not be contracting Conroy Removals again in the future and will be dissuading any friends, families, or co-workers from doing the same.

We shifted house from Auckland to Christchurch. The team we dealt with in Auckland and in Christchurch were excellent. Really nice people, careful and great to deal with. Everything was packed so securely, that all of our belongings arrived in perfect condition.Would highly recommend Conroy to anyone looking to move house.

All the guys hit the ground running, literally. They were all really hard workers, took great care and got the job done so quickly!  Such a good team with great attitudes!

Overall we were very happy with the service. The communication was good throughout, and the crew at both ends were friendly and efficient. We took a punt in not taking insurance, and it seemed to work out as nothing major has been broken (that we've found so far, some items we haven't used yet). There was some very minor damage, which they reported to us straight away. One was a ripped BBQ cover that didn't worry me as it was very sun-damaged already. The other was a picture frame, but it wasn't very valuable. The only thing that we weren't happy about was the lounge suite. It's cream coloured and modular, breaking into six pieces. Some of the pieces were very dirty, which will take quite an effort to clean. This is the reason that I went with 4-stars overall, as I feel this was avoidable. But overall a good job, and we would happily use Conroy again.
