Conroy Removals provided a quality service in transferring goods for us from arrival in Auckland Port to delivery to our home.  Lynn provided us with regular delivery updates and should be commended for her efficiency.John 

Honestly, I didn’t expect such promptness in delivery and scheduling. Two instances where I was truly impressed with their services were: picking up the carton free of charge and proactively communicating with us about our ID proof before the parcel reached customs. Despite the rain, my packages were delivered in perfect condition, and the carton was picked up the day after we called. Thank you team, for your excellent service. Highly recommend them!  

We engaged Conroy Removals for the relocation of our family household items from the North to the South Island following review and pricing from a number of different companies. Not only were they value for money, but the service from the whole team from when we booked, adjusting our delivery time just before xmas, and the pack and delivery was exemplary. The packing team were friendly, efficient and extremely thorough, with a speedy delivery and unloading fast and considerate. They went above and beyond and were so helpful – we really felt like nothing was a problem or an issue. One of your staff members had a personal appointment and needed to be back at depot by 3pm.  No cover was provided so I had to run staff member back to depot (hour and a half round trip) otherwise we would have lost other staff member who had to run him back.  This would have left one staff member to unload whole truck into two storey home.  We hired Conroy's as my husband has a bad back and shouldn't have to do the work.  Your staff did ring the office to get extra help but this wasn't offered until the last minute when two extras arrived bur truck was already 3/4 unloaded. This was a break down from the office side as we saw packers trying to get extra staff early in the day.  This personally cost us time and fuel.
