The move was difficult due to a lift being repaired. I could not speak highly enough of the movers who had to manage without it, they were simply superb.

The initial assessment and quote were very professional and nothing was a problem.The communications regarding date of packing, date of truck arrival at old address, date and time of arrival at new address were very timely. Brilliant.The packers at our old address were great as were the truck loaders. The loading and unloading went very smoothly.The truck driver, Ben, was a great advertisement for Conroy.There we no damages to approximately 50 cubic metres of contents.All the staff were a pleasure to work with and I have no hesitation in recommending Conroy. Conroy's were amazing for our move. The crew we had were incredible. This friendly team worked so hard and were so efficient. Maria packed our kitchen so well…nothing was damaged. She is a real asset to any team with her packing skills. Mike manoeuvred the truck up our tricky driveway which was masterful. Mike then organised the packing on the truck so methodically and carefully. They all worked very well as a team.Thank you to Dean who worked solidly with Mike and Maria on the upload. Then the next day the team included Dylan and Araki. The job went pretty late on the Thursday night but Mike, Maria, Dylan and Araki stayed on and worked overtime so we had a home with furniture that night. We can't thank them all enough. They all went beyond the call of duty. Conroy's can be very proud of this team.They did a top job.Thanks from Cathy and Bob.

I moved within a suburb (i.e approximately 1.5 km), but Conroy's provided an excellent service. I packed my own boxes and they moved all 118 of them from the old address to the new garage. The three guys were polite, efficient, capable and friendly. I couldn't recommend Conroy's enough. In addition, I popped into the Conroy's Napier office to buy more boxes and packing tape in the days leading up to the move. The packing tape is very good value and far better than anything else you can buy. It pays to buy more than you need as I ran out and had to use the terrible "other" tape!

We were impressed by all aspects of Conroy's service. Written communication, promptness and willingness to listen to us – not forgetting of course, the amazing guys on the job. Couldn't be happier.

I feel some packing of, in particular antique furniture, could have been better, as at least four items were damaged and need repairs.
