Owesome job well done love it

On my move from New Zealand to Australia, I dealt with Laura-Jayne Braithwaite.  I was advised by her that I would be contacted the day before pick up, which was 24 October.  As this was Labour Day, I guess thats why I didn't hear from her.  On the morning of the 25th, when my goods were supposed to be picked up, I didn't hear from anyone.  I sent Laura-Jayne an email asking what was happening and didn't get a response.  I then sent her the following email (still no response), which I think covers all that happened. "No reply from you today to my email, so I phoned the number on your site. Eventually got onto despatch in Auckland (I think). He said the guys were in Rotorua and would be here around 4pm. A Hiace van arrived thinking they were picking up empty boxes!  They loaded my stuff into the van, then phoned their Tauranga boss, as they had no paperwork to give me. He asked them to get my email address and he would do an inventory tomorrow and send it to me. My stress levels are fairly high with this move anyway, and I expected a more professional service from you. I am certainly not impressed.  I can't fault the guys who picked up. They were very pleasant and courteous. I hope all my gear arrives in Australia."Thankfully my goods did arrive in Australia, and I can't fault the communication or the service this end.

No complaints – cheerful bunch of workers

Over all a great service could improve on communication between countries as we were told that container with our goods would be leaving/ in fact had departed point of origin and it did not leave for another month!

apart from some damage to a china cabinet and some minor bits i was generaly happy with the service. one area that could be improved on is the communication as to when goods will be picked up and delivered,ie; the day prior.

The people from Conroy did an amazing job shifting our household goods. I would like to commend all the people from the person who made the quotation, the crew who packaged up the the household contents and the men who loaded the truck and unloaded at the end. The cardboard and paper were picked up promptly after we had finished with them. The communication was excellent and I was informed about the times that the different crews were going to be turning up at the house. A wonderful group of people.

This was the worst furniture removal company I've ever had the misfortune to use. Where to start?  1) the men were late! 2)they couldn't park the truck up driveway! Efficient could! 3) they double handled almost everything! 4) they moved at the rate of snails! 5) they carried one thing at a time if it wasn't in a box! A child could carry more! 6) it took 2 1/2hrs to load and 1hr to unload however this was with my son helping! Efficient did the round trip in 2hrs! 7) they couldn't fit a couch in lounge so just left it in garage! Gave no helpful advice on what I needed to do to sort this! 8) while trying to force couch through doorway they have ripped material off! 9) my white calico couch now has black fingerprints on it! 10) they were going to leave heavy dryer in the garage along with other various items ie dining room chairs! Until I realised and told them to get them inside! 11) what appeared to be the one 'in charge' looked very scruffy, shirt hanging out, pants dragging on ground and could've done with a shave! It was the worst service ever and appeared to be the blind leading the blind!

Conroy Removals were excellent – their entire team worked incredibly hard to pack us up and move us out of our old house and into a new home! They were very amiable, professional and very accommodating.Highly recommended!

While I used your services previously with success this time has been a disaster as per my correspondence to Justin in Melbourne and my note to Accounts in Napier. We are talking furnture and effects of significant value the packing and handling of the items proving totally inadequate.

The team that completed our move were fantastic. They were fast, friendly and very efficient. The whole move was done so fast and successfully completed in short time. Definitely wil recommend them to anyone moving home. Thanks Rochelle & Bruce

Your service wasn't any better than the very cheapest removal companies I've used in the past. Your communication on delivery times was terrible.
