The move went smoothly and fast
The move went smoothly and fast. The staff were friendly. However, there were a few cockroaches/insects hiding in the blankets they used which came into my house.

My items weren't properly wrapped or packed professionally. My tv was smashed, my speaker wasn't wrapped now not working v properly and my lantern wasn't wrapped and smashed.

Prompt service, helpful guys, nothing was a problem!
Prompt service, helpful guys, nothing was a problem and they worked very hard getting everything done efficiently and with a smile. Our settlement was delayed for a couple of hours and they had the experience to understand these things were normal and did not add to our stress at any stage by getting impatient with us. Highly recommend Conroys.

These guys were hard working, very friendly and awesome to deal with
Thanks heaps Conroy Removals, we got great service. Lester,Craig and Liam did a amazing job. Boxes and furniture all labelled and they put everything exactly where it was meant to go. Professional, courteous, and very friendly – a total joy to work with
The moving crew was excellent. They were professional, courteous, and very friendly – a total joy to work with.My only complaint is how late the truck came – it was almost 2 hours. There were no communication about the delay and I called twice to check the status.Lastly, the response time for fixing the damaged letterbox has been very very slow. Our neighbour has complained again and want us to fix it asap. I understand damaging it backing the truck out was an accident – but I wish we can have a quicker resolution – especially now we are only a week or so from Xmas.

I’m really pleased with the service received
I didn't receive a call to confirm the delivery time and had to follow up myself. However, once I made contact, the communication was good. All the staff I've dealt with during our two moves over the last couple of months have been great. I'm really pleased with the service received.
