Would be 5 stars to be honest but ist a shame the team did not cover the bedding and couch (or anthing), our couch and 3x matresses were not covered with plastic bags as promised and quoted.Now we have one ruined matress with dampness and grease/ black marks all over it, and 3x matress protectors damaged and will have to be thrown away as they were covered in black grease etc. Couch has marks on it as well.

All round, it was a great experience
All round, it was a great experience. The correspondence from the team was very quick and helpful. The only minor issue was that the movers were over 2 hours late for the removal of our effects. This wasn't make or break for us, all we wouldn've liked is to have been notified of the delay so we weren't left waiting around. Otherwise, no complaints! Thanks heaps for making it a stress free experience.
