On time and efficient
The move was on time and efficient. No damage caused to any belongings. I booked an hourly rate and this worked out significantly cheaper than a comparison quote. There was good communication throughout and very quick response time when requesting the initial quote.

Helpful, friendly staff

Did a great job
Overall, the guys did a great job. Did what needed to be done, especially with heavy items – very appreciative of that. Two of the three guys were fast and efficient. Only sore point was being made to wait almost 1.5 hours before the guys turned up due to one of the staff not arriving – and he wasn't the most proactive on the job. The others got stuck in, so defintely pereferred the more experienced guys on site. They did call before the arranged time to say they would be delayed, but sounded like only a 10 minute wait. Did not hear from them until they arrived.

Great experience from start to finish.
Great experience with Conroy's from start to finish.Particular shout out to the awesome moving crew. Charlie and the lads were awesome (he even saved my rabbit!). Nothing was too much trouble and they were so very polite and helpful. Great crew.
