After having great service from you and the team the first time I used your service, I then confidently booked with you again. However, the level of service was polar opposite the second time around. I was very dissapointedThe notes were not correct for the team on what to collect from my sold property.The team had to go back a second time, and even when I was there and clearly pointed out what to get, they didn't listen to me and I had to repeat myself multiple times.My fridge was damaged and they failed to get the fridge into its new location. The service this time was unexpected from the gold standard the first time around. I will not be recommending this company.
