We request removal reviews from all of our customers regarding the service they received from us.

The guys were very nice and friendly and arrived early. The only feedback I would give is that the sack barrows had no padding. Furniture was scraping against the bare metal. The sack barrow needs to be carpeted or padded. My bed was badly scratched and the TV cabinet has had the enamel scraped off one side from being hoisted onto the bare metal of the sack barrow frame. I can't be bothered doing the paper work to put in a claim. I just wanted you to know that the blankets need to go on top of the furniture items BEFORE they are put onto the sack barrow, not just once inside the truck. Many thanks.

Sadly, some items were broken due to lack of care when packing (items placed on top of hierloom furniture), and other items arrived in very poor condition, such as the fridge and freezer that had been stored closed so arrived full of mould. Other items are missing. We understood items would documented but many were not recorded and some of those that were are not legible. 

It will be better if the delivery notice can be made one day before. I received it 2 hours in advance.

Good service right from the beginning to uplifting, cargo arrived as advised within 5 weeks, despite Xmas holidays. Very pleased. Although all cargo arrived on time, some boxes were damaged ( bent, torn) resulting in stains on some of our premium clothes, not sure how they got stained?
